TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If the Bill amount is debited from your Bank Account but error page displayed, your payment will be credited into your bill in three working days after receiving the confirmation from your Bank. Also an email would be send related to the confirmation to your registered mail id.

Transaction Processing Fee:

Credit Cards (Visa/Master) - 1% of the customer transaction amount.

Debit Cards-

• (1) 0.75% of the customer transaction amount for value upto Rs 2000/-
• (2) 1% of the customer transaction amount for value above Rs 2000/-

Netbanking -

• (1) Rs 15/- per customer transaction in case of SBI, HDFC, Axis & ICICI Bank.
• (2) Rs 10/- per customer transaction for rest of the banks.

If Re-trying

Please first check whether your bank is already debited with the amount of earlier transaction.

If debited please do not pay again. There is no refund or cancellation of payment.
