“Happiness is: meeting old friends after a long time and feeling nothing has changed.” On 13th March, 2016, an Open House Fete was organized by the ALUMNAE Association at the Senior’s Basketball Court. The decoration of the venue was absolutely wonderful. Sunday is already a fun day and with the topping of Alumnae meet it becomes a Stupendously Magical Fabulous Sunday. Alumnae Meet is the time when Loretoites reunite, have a lot fun and enjoy the meet like nothing else. Superior Sister Helen and Principal Ma’am George were the guests of the event. Sister began the event by saying the prayers and all sang the Loreto Chorus after the prayers. Ma’am Diksha declared the Open house Fete to be open. This Open House Fete was one of the most unforgettable Alumnae Meets ever, one could imagine. The dress code for the eve was Gypsy and all the ladies were dressed according to the theme and were looking absolutely beautiful and stunning. They all played the game of housie and the maximum attendance of students from a batch, without a doubt the ladies of the batch 1968 won the game. The contest of Gypsy Queen was won by the beautiful lady Mrs. Geetanjali. An orchestra was also organized for the entertainment of the audience. Chat and coffee probably the most delicious food items for the breakfast were also arranged for all. A special desk was set up for the Taro Card reading by Ma’am Aditi. There were some really lucky ladies who won the lucky draw and won many wonderful prizes. At the end everyone danced a lot and enjoyed the evening.
