“Come one, Come all, Lots of fun for one and all.” The Annual Open Fete was organized at Loreto Convent Intermediate College, Lucknow. All the students and teachers organized various stalls such as food, tattoo, games like:- minute to win it, dip and pick, wheel of fortune, hit and win, find your lucky heart, pluck your luck, grab the pebble, shoot the balloon, quaky quack quack, big air ball etc. To fulfill the wishes of the guest for the day and to chase their luck a request stall and lucky draw stall was also set up. For the little ones, rides like Ferris wheel, airplane rides, sea surfing ride, train ride, merry-go-round, inflatable jumbo jumper etc. were organized. The fete is an event where the people of all age groups can participate. Elders were reliving their childhood and children were enjoying their childhood to the fullest. Food stalls had really delicious and mouth watering items such as chicken biryani, noodles, chat, chhola bhatura, coffee, cotton candy, pop corn, kabab paratha, ice-cream etc. Police officers were in-charge for the safety of everyone and we salute them for their dedication towards their duty. At the end vote of thanks was given to Superior Sister Helen and Principal Ma’am George and a special thanks was given to all the support staff for helping in the set-up of the stalls. Everyone enjoyed the fete a lot and spent a day of their busy life without any worries. As we all know “a smile is enough to portrait the happiness of our hearts” and everyone left the school premises with big smile on their faces and the mission of the fete was accomplished.
