“Nature is painting for us, day after day, pictures of infinite beauty.” On 22nd April, 2016 Loreto Convent Intermediate College, Lucknow celebrated Earth Day in Junior Assembly Hall. Students of Class V-B prepared a power point presentation and presented it to the audience. Their efforts for making a flawless presentation for the Special Assembly was appreciable. Students prayed and sang a beautiful hymn for the Earth and also took a pledge for keeping the environment clean and will save it from degrading by using 3R’s i.e. Recycle, Re-use and Reduce. The audience was told that every day is Earth Day so we should always save our environment by keeping it clean. Principal Sr. Anjuman thanked all the teachers and students for such an inspiring and beautiful Earth day celebration at Assembly.
