“The game of basketball is a game of accepting failure; of accepting imperfection; of realizing that the perfect game has never been played, never will be played, or ever could be played.” On 28th November 2015 a Basketball Workshop was organized for Junior as well Senior Section of Loreto Convent Intermediate College, Lucknow. This Workshop was conducted by Coach Heshimu Evans and his assistant Sir Har Nayan Bahadur Sinha from NBA at the Basketball Court of the Institute. Coach Evans taught the students three most important positions for playing basketball in such an interesting way that made students laugh and giggle also they learned the positions in a friction of seconds. The basketball court was filled with the noise of Frog, Giraffe & Flamingo. Coach gave a chance to play basketball and taught them the right technique to dribble the basketball to every student of Junior Section. Coach also gave an opportunity to the students of Senior Section and taught them the technique to shoot. With the help of our Coach Ma’am Singh and Sir Verma, the workshop was turned out to be successful.
