Description:
It has been 73 years since India got freedom. Our school celebrated this auspicious day with patriotic
fervor. The students assembled in front of the House. The program commenced by singing of the
hymns “As we gather on thin Morn” and “Rise India” followed by the hoisting of the tricolor by our
Principal. The National anthem, which followed, echoed in the entire campus. We prayed for India and
took the pledge. In the end, sweets were distributed as a mark of felicity.
