On 23rd January, on the opening day of the Mary Ward Week, we had the honour and privilege to welcome Sr. Kate Myers and Sr. Natalie Houlihan to Loreto Lucknow.
The students prepared a prayer service and entertainment programme to extend a warm welcome to Sisters. The day began with lighting of the lamp ceremony followed by honouring of the esteemed guests with bouquets .The prayer service and soulful hymns set the tone for the day.
A cultural tapestry woven with love and respect for Sisters was presented which included songs, skit and a fusion dance.
Sr. Kate Myers blessed the students and addressed the gathering. The event came to an end with the vote of thanks delivered by the Head Girl.
