Description:
The assembly began with a video clipping about eating a healthy and balanced diet. Thereafter, the students presented an interesting conversation between healthy and Junk Food. The students also
showed some ways of staying fit and healthy with the help of small banners which were beautifully displayed in colourful pots. This was followed by a prayer thanking God for Health finally, they presented an action song “My life in you Lord”. At the end of the assembly, the effort of the students was appreciated by Mrs. S. Kapoor and Ma’am N. Srivastava.
