Republic Day is a very special and important occasion for India and people living in India. We celebrate it every year with lots of preparations. On 26th January 2016 Loreto Convent Intermediate College Lucknow celebrated the 67th Republic Day. The National Flag was hosted by Sister Rani and the students of Loreto Convent as well the students of Jagriti Loreto School and teachers sang National Anthem. After the flag hosting all the staff members and students participated in "Prabhat Feri". It was a Freezing morning but the enthusiasm of the students and staff members was so huge that the chilling morning turned into a hot summer day. During the walk all the girls and teachers were singing the patriotic songs and were slogan shouting "Jai Hind", "Bharat Mata ki Jai" and "Vande Mataram".
