The Junior School of Loreto Convent Intermediate College celebrated cultural diversity and global unity at the Annual Concert – Global Symphony, held at the Delphine Hart Auditorium on November 13th and 14th. The two-day event showcased a dazzling array of performances by students from Pre-Nursery to Grade 5, embodying the spirit of a unified humanity through art, music, and dance.
Distinguished guests graced the occasion, with Mr. Jaideep Narain Mathur, Senior Advocate at the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court, inaugurating the concert on the first day, and Mr. Gary Dominic Everett, Principal of La Martiniere College, Lucknow, officiating on the second. Also in attendance were the Sisters of Loreto, Priests, Nuns, Principals of prominent schools, and other esteemed guests, all gathered to witness the vibrant talent of Loreto’s young performers.
To experience the musical extravaganza of diverse rhythms and dances around the world, the audience embarked on a captivating voyage “Symphony of the seas” .The young students enthralled the audience with performances reflecting the rich cultural traditions of nations like India, Japan, Spain, Arabia, and Brazil. This captivating show was a testament to the school’s commitment to fostering cultural exchange and mutual understanding. The audience was spellbound by the seamless blend of melodious music, stunning dance performances, and thought provoking mime that encapsulated the global vision of One World One dream
